My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel in Delhi was an experience that went beyond my expectations, making it a memorable part of my travels. Right from the onset, the hotel exudes a sense of luxury combined with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that resonates throughout the premises. The standout feature of the Pullman Hotel has to be its concierge services, notably led by Rajiv Jhurani and Ravi Raushan. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction. They always greeted me with a warm smile and were more than happy to go the extra mile in ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their suggestions for local attractions and dining were spot-on, enhancing my experience in Delhi. This level of service from Rajiv and Ravi was, without a doubt, one of the best concierge services I have experienced in my travels. The food and service at the hotel deserve a special mention, especially the buffet. Each meal was a culinary delight, featuring a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The attention to detail and the quality of service in the dining area were impeccable, making each dining experience a pleasure. The rooms at the Pullman Hotel provided a great blend of comfort and luxury. They were well-appointed, spacious, and had all the amenities one could ask for. Even though the pool was closed for renovation during my stay, the hotel staff made commendable efforts to arrange alternative arrangements. The communication regarding this was clear and thoughtful, conveyed both in person and through a letter. The bar at the hotel was another highlight. It offered a great selection of drinks in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. Additionally, the Club Lounge was a sanctuary for me to get some work done, with its quiet ambiance and excellent facilities. In conclusion, my stay at the Pullman Hotel in Delhi was an outstanding experience. The exceptional service

The hotel has greatly improved attention to details and quality of care that was somewhat lacking during previous stays. Airport pickup was seamless and check in was smooth. There was zero delay in delivery of luggage to my room and I was met with a beautiful floral welcome sign made with real flowers displayed on the bed. The temperature in the room was not too cold and the bed was extremely comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quality of the towels and even the slippers were extra comfy - an upgrade on similar hotels in Aerocity. Other details I loved were: clear and simple list of TV channels, the fresh smell of the moisturizing lotion and shower gel, the simplicity of the lighting system and the hot water in the shower was really hot. I really appreciated the free late checkout since I arrived in the middle of the night and needed to sleep late. I noticed an increased presence of female staff - from the security guards to the receptionist and the room cleaning service. I wondered whether this might account for the excellent attention to details, and this was confirmed at reception by the lovely Kushboo, who is responsible for improving the guest experience. Due to the success of this visit, I will be switching my allegiance over to the Pullman for all future visits to the city.

It was one of the best stayed ever, definitely the best hotel we stayed in India. if I have to compliment every part of our day, I would have to prepare an essay. Starting from beautiful rooms, clean and kindness of cleaning team and room service. Although airport is very close by there was no noises and we could sleep calmly. amazing service on the breakfast and lunch. For both of this meal options huge choice of literally any cuisine you can imagine. Although me and my husband have completely different likes when it comes to the food we could easily find options for us. Just to mention you can find European food Asian food like Thai or Chinese of course Indian, great deserts, good coffee. service on breakfast and lunch was exquisite all employees, always with a smile on their face, providing the best possible advisory and very quick service (we praise Dilip especially). Reception service was great concierge services and conference venue where we have attended at one of the event events. We will definitely return!

This hotel is incredibly luxurious and worth every penny of the cost. The rooms are really quite amazing, perfectly designed and with every modern comfort you would want. The bathrooms are spectacular - well worth relaxing and unwinding in a big tub. Would highly recommend checking out the bar and restaurants as well - these have a great atmosphere and the staff are very attentive. This hotel is busy 24/7 being so great and being in Aerocity. This was not a problem for us but please expect the lobby and amenities to be busy at all times!

This hotel was fantastic. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel welcome, the room was just fantastic, very big and spacious with a nice bath tub as well. The bed was really comfortable and there’s even a “pillow menu” so you can ask for the type of pillow that’s you like best. The breakfast was unbelievable there was every kind of imaginable food, omelettes pancakes and waffles made on order, continental breakfast, Asian and Indian breakfast. The dessert section was super wide and with so much choice.
